GreenGiraffes Farm Management System is a comprehensive agricultural management platform that provides:

  • Inventory management and tracking
  • Production planning and batch management
  • Compliance and food safety management
  • Financial tracking and statutory obligations
  • AI-powered farming recommendations
  • QR code traceability system

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Data Privacy, Protection, and Security

  • Encrypted and stored securely, ensuring strict adherence to data localization directives under the Cyber Security Act.
  • Never shared with third parties without consent
  • Used only to provide and improve our services, strictly under the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency
  • Subject to our Privacy Policy, where your Right to Access, Right to be Forgotten, and Data Portability rights are fully acknowledged

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Interfere with the Service's operation
  • Access other users' accounts without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GreenGiraffes and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

GreenGiraffes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law & Compliance

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and shall be read in harmony with GDPR policies wherever applicable for our international and EU-based processors.
